Valley Medical Center is one of many healthcare systems and pharmacies that continue to be impacted by a vendor network disruption. We have regained the ability to process prescriptions at our pharmacy locations with a few exceptions. We continue to have limited ability to process copay assistance cards. Valley offers plenty of convenient, free parking. We have a large, sprawling campus, so please allow extra time to find campus, park and reach your destination. If you need navigation assistance, call the Main Information desk at 425.690.4560: Valley’s free, on-campus, volunteer-operated, shuttle service is available weekdays, 8 AM – 4 PM.
Free Parking
All parking on campus is free.
EV Charging Stations
Charge your Electric vehicle free for the first 4 hours, then at a rate of $4/hour through ChargePoint. Charging rate is 6.6 KW for non-shared chargers, 3.3 KW when the station is shared. EV charging stations can be found by the covered walkway in front of the hospital and in parking garages C and D. Locations are noted on the Visitor Guide Map.
Free On-Campus Shuttle Service
Valley’s free, volunteer-operated, shuttle service transports patients and visitors around Valley’s hospital campus. Call the Main Information desk at 425.690.4560, weekdays 8 AM – 4 PM.

- South Tower underground parking, Garage G
- Parking Lot A (reserved for GoldenCare, Infusion Center & handicap parking)
SPCU Parking
- South Tower underground parking, Garage G, take elevator to Level 2 & enter SPCU reception area
Medical Arts Center (MAC) Parking
- Garage Parking D. Walk through Level 3 skybridge to MAC building
Talbot Professional Center Parking
- Garage Parking D. Walk through Level 3 skybridge and follow hallway on the left through MAC building into Talbot building. Continue past Fitness Center and follow hallway to Talbot elevator lobby.
- Patient drop-off & disabled parking on east side of Talbot building, Level 2.
Valley Professional Center North (VPCN) Parking
- Garage Parking C or Parking B. From garage, take elevator to Level 5 and follow signs through hallway to Valley Professional Center.
Electric car charging stations are free up to 4 hours, then $4/hour.
